• In case you are looking at starting off at a Slab other than the Base Slab, please make sure you make a deposit of a slightly higher amount. Since the bank deducts a minimal transaction fee, the same would be deducted from the amount that you deposit and the rest would be credited to your account. Adding a slightly higher amount than the exact slab amount would ensure that even after the processsing fee is deducted, you fall in the slab you intended.

In case you add an exact amount of USD 1499, the amount that will actually get credited to your Account would be a little lower than USD 1499 on account of the deduction of the transaction fee. The system being automated would give you Slab 2 pricing only if your Initial Deposit/Total Receipts are USD 1499 or more. Hence, even though you intended on signing up at Slab 2, your account would be activated at Slab 1.

Once you send the Wire/Bank Transfer, kindly raise a support ticket from http://www.resellerclub.com/support. In the support ticket, select the category as "Billing: Funds Remittance." Please include details of the Wire/Bank Transfer, your Reseller Username, your Company Name, Date of Transfer, Originating Bank, Transferred Amount, and your Bank Account Number. Only when we receive this information from you, we will verify your transfer and credit your account appropriately.

Due to a recent change in ICICI bank's fee structure, a nominal charge would be applicable on all Cash Deposits to our ICICI Bank Account No: 001105013771. As per the new guidelines, the charges applicable would be as follows:

• USD 1 for transactions greater than USD 250
• 70 cents for transactions equal to or lower than USD 250
